Ending our time in Korea

We had a great end to our stay in Korea; the last two days were "the icing on the cake"! We were able to spend a day with Esther, who was in my small group at BFA, and who is living in Seoul.
Esther has her own clothing line and took us to her studio. We also visited the school where she volunteers, Shineland Christian School, an ACSI member school. We were very blessed and encouraged by our time at the school. Wow! What a special group of staff and students! We were also so blessed by the hours that we were able to visit with Esther. She is an amazing young lady who has a heart for the Lord.

This little pre-school boy kept bowing to Tim and I, out of respect; he bowed all the way to the floor! What a sweetheart!

Special messages in the signage above each of the classrooms.

The Director of the school and some of the faculty.

Tim gave a greeting in all of the classrooms.

Korean BBQ for lunch, compliments of the Director of Shineland.

Check out these typical Korean desserts that Esther wanted us to try (frozen milk that is shaved and then topped with lots of good stuff - ice cream, fruit, etc..).
